It has come to our attention that unauthorized individuals are actively impersonating our company to conduct a fraudulent job recruitment scam.

These scammers are contacting members of the public via messaging platforms, offering fake part-time, work-from-home employment to steal personal information and bank account details.

Please be aware that TOMO DIGITAL has zero affiliation with these individuals, and these job offers are 100% fake.

How to Spot This Scam:

Based on reports we have received, the scammers are using the following tactics:

  • Initial Contact via WhatsApp: They reach out using unknown international or local numbers (e.g., +60 16-319 8994, +60 11-6457 4316) offering high-paying, easy remote work (like data entry or marketing).

  • Moving to Telegram: They ask you to contact a “trainer” or “Customer Service” representative on Telegram (e.g., @Sophia950608).

  • Fake Websites: They direct you to register an account on unverified, third-party websites that steal our branding and company descriptions (e.g., tmoppcprograme.live).

  • Requesting Sensitive Information: They demand your full name, bank name, and bank account number under the false pretense of setting up your “salary disbursement” or “real-name registration.”

Our Official Company Policy:

To protect yourself, please remember our official hiring practices:

  • We do NOT recruit via unsolicited WhatsApp or Telegram messages. * We will NEVER ask for your bank account details, passwords, or personal financial information over chat apps.

  • We do NOT use third-party domains like tmoppcprograme.live for employee portals. All official communication will come from our verified corporate domains.

  • We NEVER require candidates to pay a fee, make a deposit, or “recharge” an account to secure a job or receive training.

What You Should Do If Contacted:

  1. Do Not Respond: Do not engage with the scammers, and absolutely do not click on any links they provide.

  2. Do Not Share Information: Never provide your bank details, identification numbers, or OTPs (One-Time Passwords).

  3. Block and Report: Immediately block the numbers/accounts on WhatsApp and Telegram and report them as spam within the app.

  4. File a Police Report: If you have already shared your banking details or transferred money, please contact your bank immediately to secure your accounts and file a report with your local law enforcement.

We are actively working with the authorities to investigate this matter and have these fraudulent domains and numbers taken down.

If you are ever unsure whether a communication from us is legitimate, please reach out to us directly through our official communications channel: [email protected] / +65 8926 9494.
